Name: David Leininger (pronounced Day-vid Lining-er)

So first of all, I live in Charlotte, NC. I’m a Graphic Designer/Web Developer (aka Professional Nerd) for an ad agency I started, Fivable. I’m originally from Clemson, SC, where I went to Clemson University majoring in Graphic Communications. I’ve been designing for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until my freshman year of college that I actually started doing it for other people. Now, I do it every chance I get.

Now that the particulars are out of the way, let me tell you a little bit more about myself. Let’s first start with how much I love pizza, especially New York Style. Don’t let the fact that I live near Chicagoland make you think that I like Chicago Style better. I eat it because I can’t find any New York Style. It’s also important to know that I’m a huge nerd. I wear a calculator watch, and I actually use it on a regular basis.

Another very important thing in my life is music. I’ve been known to play the guitar and bass on occasion, and if I’m lucky, I get to play a show every now and then. When I’m not playing music I’m a huge fan of listening to it. I constantly have music playing. It’s really a lifeline for me.

Finally, and most importantly, I’m a big fan of that guy named Jesus. If you look at my portfolio you’ll see that a lot of my designs are based around youth groups and Christian recording artists. It’s a great way for me to do something with the talents that I’ve been blessed with.
